The practice was founded in 1985 by Mr. Nasr A.Abbas Ahmed, as a Legal Accountants &Consultants. The office commenced practicing in the fields of accounting, auditing and taxes. The office has expanded very quickly to meet clients’ demands. Now, the firm is one of the leading Public Accountants & Consultants in Egypt.

Our firm provides high quality and integrated services in Egypt and abroad.     Mr. Nasr A.Abbas Ahmed is the Chairman of Nasr A.Abbas & Co. – Morison Global (Public accountants and consultants); he is an acquainted expert in the accounting and tax planning & advisory business in Egypt. He established this accounting firm in Egypt in 1985, and in 2010 was joined by Morison Global to form Nasr A. Abbas- Morison Global (Public accountants and consultants). Presently, he is the Partner and Managing Director of Morison Global Accounting in Egypt. Mr. Nasr A. Abbas is the Chairman of the Egyptian Society for Corporate Governance and Vice Chairman of the Egyptian Association for Public Finance & Taxes. In addition, he is a registered expert and member of the Egyptian Capital Market Association (ECMA), American Chamber of Commerce, Egyptian Economic Court, Central Bank of Egypt (CBE), Egyptian Capital Market Association (EFSA), Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA), Egyptian Modernization Center (IMC), Egyptian Mortgage Finance Association, Central Auditing Agency (CAA), Association of Chartered Accountants in London, Egyptian Association for Public Finance & Tax Center and Arab Organization for Accounting experts. Mr. Nasr A. Abbas received numerous certificates of appreciation and recognition for his academic and practical contribution to the tax and accounting practice in Egypt. Also, he is an author of several published accounting & tax advisory articles and a public speaker in many conferences concerning accounting, audit and taxation in Egypt. Mr. Nasr A.
